Seasonal workshops focus on how we can respond in a healthy way, body/mind/spirit, to the seasonal changes in the Qi/energy around us. Other workshops, like "Qigong Meditation for Health and Well-Being" and "Intro to Taosim for Qigong and Tai Chi Practitioners," cover a single topic.
Many workshops feature short, easy-to-learn forms and self-care acupressure points to address such concerns as hypertension, weight management, diabetes, arthritis, neck and back issues, depression, insomnia and digestive problems.
